How to Clean Bath Toys

Regular cleaning-

When I have room in the dishwasher I have the kids bring me a few bath toys and I run them through the cycle with the rest of the dishes.

Disinfecting-

I fill the bath tub with hot water, add a few cups of bleach, let them soak for a little bit while I clean up the bathroom. (NEVER leave water in the tub when kids are around because it is a serious drowning hazard and too tempting for a pre-schooler to jump in with his clothes on). Then I drain it and wash it out with hot water from the shower.

This not only disinfects the toys but it disinfects your tub as well.
